re encoding

can anyone help, when I render my videos they come out as VC-1 (WMV3) (MP@HL) video codec
and I need them to be H264/aac

I don't have experience in re encoding (if thats possible) could anyone help please?

no experience for me either :/

but try changing render settings so they match exactly what you want

I think Darkshinrei has a bit of experience with encoding but he will be offline for some time

allens tutorial worked its fine
now pampouks does your thing reduce quality to make the file size smaller? cuz I need to reduce it for my akross entry

zarx264gui does not reduce quality...it just takes a lot of time to reduce the size sometimes :)
