nice 2nd thumbnail and I've never been so dissappointed in all my life but yh the animation was shit and the dragon looked terrible compared to the manga

I mean,a lot of resources must be provided for something like Fate Zero and Kara no Kyoukai.I don't think anyone would waste the successful formula of One Piece to apply top quality animation(more expensive)

this is not fanservice actually but anyway....
i watched it in 720p and i thought the colours and animation was great if you watched it 240p probably that's what ruined animation for you...except you expect something great from a not so special episode like this and i also agree that the dragon has a retarded face
