lounge is not only about serious stuff :) whatever is related to editing can be discussed here :)

Ae is not hard. It just requires a bigger understanding of editing fields. Consider editing was mathematical equations. Things one does in vegas are "2x - 7 = 17 so x = 12" After effects however is the core and more in depth equation which a regular person cannot solve unless he has a certain understanding for math.

Actually AE is not at all difficult...Its just like the effects range is 10³ bigger compared to vegas and its more like finding ideas to composite something that fits with the scenes than creating a flow with ready scenes. that's me....that's why i hardly end up using what i do in AE
