Description: Hello guys this is my new amv, I hope you like it. Any kind of criticism is welcome :D

Good to see something from you again mate :)
Now this isn't bad. Actually kind of good but I didn't really like it. the atmosphere was kind of "rough". But that's about it I guess. The song fit well with your footage source and your masks were good :)

Well I'm still working on the atmosphere so it's not that good yet, but I will improve it in the future :D

I really got into it once the chorus hit. Before that flow and transitions seemed a little dull. From that point on you had a solid flow and some really nice masks! Anyway keep up the good work :)

potential is their, with masks, I always prefer if it flows onto screen rather than masking a hardcut if you know what I mean?
but other than that, u had good sync and the flow was decent throughout. I personally didn't like the white overlay you used, and it felt as though it could of used some sort of cc (color correction).

but keep up the good work

Thanks a lot Dave and I'm not really a fan of my slow parts either :P, I will try to improve them in the future

Thanks for feedback Tom, about masking i was so tired with three big masks i made for this amv and i couldn't make any other masks flow in screen, as for the overlay i wanted to make some impact with faster pace and a little atmosphere but it didn't turn out well, I will try cc next time

hmm interesting video, didn't like the start, seemed too "raw" even the clips seemed un-edited.

But, you amazed me with some parts of the song. It's like you became a totally different person in some parts. What i mean is that you edit 20sec like you used to in the past but then you edit 3-5 secs like a real pro! The parts in which there were those masks of yours were really well edited. You should try focusing on every part of the song as you did with those that included the masks!

*i expect even better sync with the beats next time!

Thanks for the feedback Nikos-san and yeah i really should work more in the slow part, maybe because i liked the fast part of the song more i edited it better which didn't happen with the slow part. Next time i will improve the slow parts for sure. :D

Okay I have a really long time to give a detailed critique so lets see..Maybe its time for me to stop being lazy in the AMV vault   

0.00-0.11: Nice scene selection but you failed to create the dark mood that this anime has. Some minor grunges, an overlay or even a smooth black and white could have made a huge difference.

0.12-0.14: This scene where the chalk breaks fits perfectly so you should emphasize it somehow. I was waiting to see a blur when i saw it falling but instead you did a dark flash on the previous beat(wrong choice imo  )

0.14-0.22: Really nice sequence, the earthquake effect made it look awesome. Only thing i have to say here is watch out for the different colours at 0.15(from bluish scenes you went for a second to orange coloured and back)

0.23: Dark flashes didn't look that cool there but that's not that much of a problem you can always make them smoother if you use brightness and contrast instead of fades

0.23-0.45: Lyric sync made that part look really nice, but a bit more beat sync there would have made it awesome.

0.45-1.21: Best part of the video in my opinion. The action was really good. A bit lacking on impact and clean transitions but the sync behind the masks and the choices you made at 1.12-1.21 were dope.

1.21-1.37: When you use an overlay use some CC in the scene below(even black and white is enough) cause the way you did it looks a bit weird imo. Nice scene choice though.

1.38-2.27: Back to action although this time it felt kind of lacking compared to the previous action par which was in 0.45. You could have used more sync here and it seemed a bit rushed in some parts but it was not bad.

Generally I feel this was really a step up from your previous work. Some seconds are just like Pampouks said, made from a pro. The masks were good, flow was good and scene selection was cool.

That's is for now...Need to watch HxH now
