Preferably something blue with explosions and a small amount of people or something (I will have my masks there) for any references see the fight of Revy vs Roberta in black lagoon (not the Ova) this is my environment.

Jormungand episodes 6 and 7 have some good gunfights in snowy background during the night. Nice, blue, dark background and many cool scenes. I also recall watching in AMVs another good-looking anime called Mardock Scramble, but haven't watched it, so I can't help you with that.

fate zero has alot of that coloring, blue dark settings.

Black lagoon ep1 and surely more if you do a proper check , canaan ep 2 ,Hellsing for fucking sure,just somewhere inside that blood,Soul Eater (?)...out of the top of my head.
