Saw many good parts in which the flow was really good but i think the main problem i noticed was how you stayed on scenes for way too long and didn't always sync with the music when it was easier to do so.

1st of all Gratz for your 1st IC mate :) I hope it was fun! (because we clearly didn't have fun with ours...)
Thing about SAO is that I've seen so many videos with it that I just can't tend to like anything that is not extra-ordinary.
Well in here I thought the sync was underwhelming. You tried zooms and shakes here and there, but like once every green moon @___@ so when you did it seemed out of nowhere. Also your clips tend to last for somewhat long man. That affects the intensity and creates a plain result so better avoid that in action.
