How to Upload, Announce and Download videos in the org

Lately I've been asked by quite a lot of folks about how to upload videos to Org. So I figured this might be good to have here. I would make a tutorial myself but there seem to be already a few tutorials on youtube, so i'll just link them :)

Yes guys it might seem harder than youtube, but the org is much more supportive for Amv editors, and just not as rich as google/youtube to have such easy upload methods.
