You have the basic flow and sync down but you need to work more on transitions effects etc, still pleasant to watch.

Basic Editing Tip Numbeeeer 1: Use many overlays and tons of contrast, make video look veeeery proffesional.
Spoiler:
Yes, I am kidding of course, but...
Good one, keep practising until you raise your wings and become a legend :D

that was quite fun to watch. good job you 2! Intense and naiive, Enjoyable :)
Now i'm not sure if i'm completely right here, but i'll just say what I think and you're free to agree or not :P in part 1 I thought the zooming sequence from 0:32 onwards should have given more thoughts to the direction and power of the alt zoom in the clip (the smaller zoom following the main quick one) since I saw the camera trembling for an instance, and that doesn't really look very clean. I suggest you adjust the direction to be more accurate, and also decrease the power of the 2nd zoom since it will look better that way (or at least that's what I believe). Ohh and watch out from some clips that seem to have resample :P better disable the resample before editing.
The 2nd part was cool too :) good flow! what seemed odd was that there was too much going on in the audio, compared to the little motion in the video (example: 1:02 - 1:10). Just try to increase the hype with shakes / overlays / etc. Or of course your own original ideas would fit so good :D Then there is the noise overlay that comes afterwards. I thought the overlay itself was of low quality, and therefore made the entire sequence look dirty. For good noise I recommend After Effects. No need to import your clips there, just get a solid layer, add fractal noise, some blur, and perhaps an elliptical mask on the borders just to get some not very plain look, and Vuola~ (Yesh again feel free to experiment with other stuff, this is just an example) Now you have a quality noise overlay *^* Last point would be the fact that there are are black lines on the left hand side of the clip at some stages, these lines appear when you mirror the clip, and sometimes from the source itself. No worries tho, you just have to zoom in a very tiny little bit to make it disappear, its always better to have a cleaner look xD
I have nothing to add for the other 2 parts, they were cool :) Okay maybe a few things. 1:45 <<< Everything was flowing so good before that *^* until Gildarts appeared and the motion just stopped, better focus on not killing the flow like that xD keep the motion up (Y) 1:59 <<< well played (Y) (just wanted to point that out xD) and when it comes to the ending I would suggest you put clips that would actually show an "ending" like.. someone winning / losing / Massive explosion that covers the screen, anything that would do better than nothing xD
Okay i'm done naw. You 2 did really good. The intro was cool btw! Good luck and allow me to see you again sometime :D

Thanks for the tip about the noise overlay ^^ I just started learning the basics of After Effects so I really dont know anything about it xD I didnt notice the black lines on the left until you told me about it, yeah I didnt mirror the clip so its probably a bug/flaw from the source Idk xD I always disable resample right after I import a clip in Vegas...I think I forgot to disable it this time..won't happen again xD oh and about the ending....I just stucked...I couldnt find any suitable ending for that part -.- so yeah xD The Fairy Tail parts were my friend's parts but thanks for checking our collab out xD it sure took you some time...thanks again ^^
