While dodging Daruma's attacks, Usopp is laying traps

The national den-den mushi announcement announces that the Noah is falling towards Fishman Island again
Mid-way through the annoucement, Luffy's voice is heard over it.
The National Guards ask Luffy to save Fishman Island.
Then it switches to Fukaboshi: "Hody's true self is... a monster created by this very enviroment of ours...!!
The New Fishman Pirates are monstrous product of our own grudge!
They fear our ancestors' grudges will be forgotten, and they fear their hatred of human race will diminish in time... so they rush their cause!
They want to believe humans are evil, so they can justify their Holy War!!
They are bloodthirsty, and do not even seeking for peace for the Fishman race!!
Their grudges lack both will and experience! They are nothing but a enemy that's hollow inside..!!"

The answer to what Fukaboshi heard when he grabbed Hody, and asked him what the humans have done to him was....
Hody: Nothing. We were given strength by the heavens to bring retribution to the humans.

Chopper went giant, and at first it seemed he's out of control... but he's not! He's totally concious.
The NFP lieutenants are about to be forsaken even by their own men. Even the NFP pirates are realizaing how whacked they are.

She says it's all going towards a conclusion.

And.... the break happens.

EDIT: And it looks like Hody's been defeated by Gomu Gomu no Elephant Gatling.
Luffy smacked the hell out of him along with the Noah.

Damn it, Noah was supposed to be sliced by Zoro!

Ch. 647: Noah Has Stopped
cover: Skypeia, Lucky and Conis' Pumpkin Cafe, specialty: pumpkin (kabocha) noodles

NFP leaders are defeated, people celebrate for a bit.
But Noah's still falling from above.
Folks cheer on Luffy.
Luffy's still hammering on Noah with Elephant Gatling.

Oh, King Neptune apologizes to Joyboy about breaking the promise of Noah. Who the hell is he, dammit

Oh! Luffy stops attacking when he hears a mysterious voice.

Shirahoshi also came by to help.
Shirahoshi: "The Noah... has stopped."
Luffy collapses (probably because of fatigue).
Shirahoshi called the Sea Kings. They're having a conversation with her. They say that Luffy is an amazing person.
Thanks to Luffy's efforts to protect the island, Shirahoshi was able to summon the strength to call the Sea Kings.

Noah is partially destroyed, but still mainly intact.
Everyone's celebrating.

According to the Sea Kings' story, Noah was made to be pulled by Sea Kings
The king finally awakens; "The power to destroy the world...!"

Shirahoshi goes to save Luffy so that the bubble surrounding Noah can be absorbed into the island's bubble
The Sea Kings, speaking to each other, say that Luffy heard their voices. It seems like Roger was also able to do that.
Can the Sea Kings fix Noah... before the promised time? Their power is needed to fix it but... the times have changed.
Back at the Ryuuguu Palace.
The mermaids, looking pleased, are found, but at the same time some treasures, including Urashima's Box, are stolen.
At the plaza, the crew explains the kidnapping misunderstanding.
Jimbe confines the human pirates (he doesn't behead them, but he's waiting for a decision from the royal family)
Chopper is sleeping with his head in Robin's lap. His monster transformation fatigues him, and he can't move for 2-3 hours afterwards. Sanji is jealous.
The princes bring Hody and Decken to the plaza. Both are unconscious.
Shirahoshi comes back, welcomed by everyone, but says that Luffy's blood won't stop flowing.
Luffy's blood type is F. A transfusion is requested by the citizens but no one can answer the call. Shirahoshi says: "What about me? It's a different type, but it's red!"
Chopper says "No, but thank you for offering all the same!"
Jimbe volunteers for the transfusion.
"What do laws mean to me? I'm a pirate."
The king says, "The old laws are really just burdens"
Luffy regains consciousness...
"Hey, Jimbe... join my crew!!!"

The bonds between humans and fishmen begin to form..."

Fishman district is blocked off. The Officers, Decken, and Hody are imprisoned. Wadatsumi is taken to a far away part of the sea by the Kraken.
Jinbe refuses but he says to wait, because he has to remain faithful to his duty. He says to come again another time and try inviting him once more.
The party on the island begins!

Robin sneaks away from the party and goes to see Neptune.
Robin asks about Joy Boy. He was a real person who lived in the void century, and that apology he wrote was aimed at the Mermaid Princess at the time.
According to the legend passed down by the royal line, it seems that someone would someday appear to fulfill the promise in lieu of Joy Boy. There was the promise to protect Noah until that day finally came.
On Sky Island, Robin knew the location of Poseidon. Poseidon was on Fishman Island, because Poseidon IS Shirahoshi, the mermaid princess.

After seeing Brownbeard's appearance and hearing what Chopper has to say, Luffy heads out to retrieve [Nami]. Franky is going with him, and demands some Rumble Balls from Chopper. Chopper says he won't be able to control the effects, but hands some over anyway. Chopper starts to explain how to use them but Franky uses some immediately and begins rampaging. Luffy doesn't realize, tells Franky "Let's go," and Franky starts to attack Luffy.
Caesar says that all he wants is Franky's beam- he doesn't need anything else. Because of the Marines' attack, it seems like he's once again setting up for a gas explosion attack.
Nami argues with the Cool Brothers. She says they'll be sorry when Luffy shows up [this is cut off, but easy enough to guess].
We get the Cool Brothers' introduction, but we can't see their faces, and they're complaining about the cold (because they're naked...).

Luffy and Franky follow the footprints off the edge of a cliff.
At the bottom there's an icicle pincushion [I'm picturing a bunch of stalagmites sticking up]. It's shattered to pieces by Armed Gatling. Even when targeted by bullets, Luffy can, thanks to his training, repel them all. [not sure about this one...]

Even now, we've got Luffy vs. Rampaging Franky
Taking advantage of the group's split-up, the Cool Brothers drop an iceberg on the duo, but Franky throws it back. Scotch repels it.
Luffy is annoyed by the persistence of Franky's rampage and hits him with an Elephant Gun.
During this time, Nami is carried off again by Lock, and Law appears.
Scotch is cleaved in two (!?) by an attack called Counter Shock. His glasses are broken, and he falls.

Law: "On this island lies a key to stirring up the New World. There are two ways to survive in the New World. Either take protection from one of the Yonkou, or challenge them. It doesn't look like you're willing to put yourself under anyone's control, eh?"

Luffy: "That's right! I like being the captain!"
Law: "So form an alliance with me! The two of us combined might just be able to do it!"
Luffy: "Alliance?"
Law: "I've got a plan to take down a Yonkou."
Luffy: "!!?"

That was an EPIC chapter. Comedy gets an A from me; it's been such a long time since we got a funny chapter like this one. Luffy accepted alliance? wtf? I was 100% he was gonna reject.
Zoro and Sanji confirmed to be able to use Haki ?
Sanji is gonna get his butt kicked once rescued?

accepting the alliance is probably about the guy they are going after .. but i dont think its gonna be big mama since luffy would rather go on a 1v1 fight and wouldnt accept any help.
zoro sanji haki is obvious man...but they dont have the kings haki
ofc the chappter was funny as hell thats why we love one piece and its the best anime everrrrr made yes its better then dbz
but dbz is the mother of all anime simply..but that doesnt make it the best ever.

and ye bleach is dead i cant even go past page 2.. so boring..bla bla bla fight bla bla bla rrandom fight ..lablabla the end again a random fight
bleach is loved cause of the concept it hade but they lost it now all they got is cool animation .

On the cover page, I think Sabo visited Ace's grave. You'll notice there's a bottle of sake and a small cup, and a picture that somehow represents 3 people(IMO, children which are Ace, Sabo and Luffy). Remember when the three of them shared cups of sake? I think that pretty much explains why there's a bottle of sake near Ace's grave.
