well they do exist but you don't see them roaming the streets much. Like I've only seen such a car once in Jumeirah and it was parked. Then again if you look closely you will see its driven by a woman so I am not surprised that they don't

well its not a myth. Just the Islamic way of going about it which is to forbid sex before marriage, but yea no one really disturbs your privacy so you can do whatever you want here without worrying about that
