if your software has options for high and low thresholds then keep increasing them till the pixels are gone. The options might have some other names like color tolerance or something like that, but the general idea is making the color disappear by playing with the options your software gives you

well one thing would be that you're not recommended to apply chroma keyer on clips where colors are all over the place, chroma keyer is best applied to clips where 1 color is clearly separated and in great contrast from the rest.
Like the hot and sexeh Jessica Alba here
Is standing in front of a green background, so keying the green color would be easy since she's wearing black and thank goodness her skin ain't green. So yes the main idea is to have a color that can be separated to produce a "meaningful" image

then hmm.. i'm afraid i'll be useless here Lol, if none of the 2 parameters is actually controlling the thresholds then my only conclusion would be that your software does not give you the abilities of complex keying, I wouldn't really ask anybody to ever change their softwares Lol, but yo sony vegas does it better yo so... your choice hehe

try applying a second chroma-keyer effect, this time choose the color of that black particle. (there's that tool that takes the color of wherever you click at, use that one to get the particle's color)
