Nice one, i'd prefer if darker and less colorful scenes (maybe black&white at 50%) were shown in the beginning. (showing more of the corrupted side of the world in Akame ga Kill, rather than tatsumi's beginnings)
As for your editing, maybe make some blurs here and there shorter and avoid going from a full zoom-in directly to a zoom-out, this will give you better flow. Also try adding more shakes when the beats are strong. Other than that, i enjoyed the video since the song was a good match for this anime.

Funny since I was literally just done watching this video from my newsfeed and then you posted it here Lol.
Okay so 1st of all Hallo there Rain! Good to see you dropping by again dude :) Your video was beautiful. I like Akame Ga Kill and this song fits it quite good so kudos on getting the combo right
Now apart from the solid combo I also liked your little effects and method of syncing. You're clearly giving much thoughts to your video while editing which is quite honorable really, but there were a few points that perhaps you should be careful with next time. 1st one being that you better avoid scenes with lip flaps. What are lip flaps? They are basically scenes in the original anime where the character is talking, and when put in an AMV it will be just the character moving his/her lips with no sound coming out, that's why we call it lip flaps. Better avoid these
Another point is the gradient that you're placing on top of the entire video (correct me if i'm wrong and the color correction is not actually a gradient overlay). Not only do some clips suffer from being way too dark, but the black bars that are appearing with different scales (due to the colors of the clip itself) on the scenes are doing more harm than good to be very honest with you. I don't see them as necessary.
Last 2 points are that although I believe you're quite good with handling the camera (according to your latest zetman video where I liked the camera quite much) I also believe that the zooms you executed right here and stronger than they should be. Although I gotta say that I noticed some interesting keyframe interpolation that you did with the cam so good job on that! Always great to have knowledge on the keyframe states (still tho. weaker won't do any harm). And the last point is that you were doing way too many crossfades. Its not a bad thing to do crossfades, I use them too here and there, but try to apply them with modesty, and always think about what this particular transition (in this case a crossfade) is contributing the video with. In my case I do crossfades when i'm moving from a scene that shows a place to another place, or moving from a scene that shows a character to a place (maybe more if you think it fits, all up to what you have in your mind), but doing them just because you're unsure of what transition to do is not encouraged. Hard cuts don't look bad so don't worry. that's what flow is for after all right?
Aaand i'm done I hope you don't think that this long review was because you didn't do good or because I didn't like the video. No you did fantastic and I really loved your AMV. I believe you're taking a unique path with AMVs and I really love that. So keep going dude! Always great to see your works!

To MrPampouks: I thought that i used to much blurs tbh >.>. But i gotta agree that im having some difficulties finding the right contrast ,brightness etc for each clip , dunno why .
To Gabber : About dat lip flap thingy , you're right i just don't have the patience to try and find a similiar seen with Tatsumi trying to sleep while at 0:30 while the song says "Even while they sleep"(example). As far as the gradient you mentioned i took the initiative and used the Vigentete(Or something like dat) from the Magic Bullet Colouring pack ,in order to make it more "Darker/depressing" (Like AgK can't get any more depressing ._. ) . I really need to work at my colouring... Bout the zooms , im still trying to find the right zoomng technique . Im constantly seeing editors all around the youtube doing dem smoothy zooms , and im trying to do something similiar. Last but not least , the crossafades . They're indeed a sign of "Wut the freak transition im supposed to use here?Meh let's just crossafe the shit out of it." .
Thank your both for your critisism , may the wierd pinguin(s) giving the thumbs up be with you.
