It certainly isn't bad at all, but not really great either. While the editing of the video is splendid, and the output quality is quite decent. The connection between video and audio was weak. The video started abruptly in a way that made almost no sense. To elaborate, the 1st minute moved from the 1st scene which could have been a good beginning, then moved to hollow Ichigo in flames, which didn't do much harm but didn't leave much room to have a decent beginning, which is why you moved to a different character's introduction, and then a battle that isn't related to him at all. Not really nit picking here, I just hope you get my point. If the beginning doesn't make sense then it'll be hard for anything else to do that.
Afterwards the change of settings came totally out of the blue. While the direction of motion kind of matched, nothing else did. So the change was totally uncalled for, and contributed to the idea of not making much sense. But yes in all of these stages the editing was good and on spot so that's a +1.
After the 1st minute was over the video started to have a stronger connection with the audio. so this part was stronger than the previous, good job on that.
In general I thought it was too short to convey anything, but the editing of the video being the strong point. Focus more on the meaning of the video and keep going yo. Best of luck

Thanks a lot Gabber, the criticism is appreciated a lot and I'll help me to improve, and I agree with all your points, this video was like a "comeback" kind of AMV, I was just trying this new style and wasn't paying too much attention to the story telling. Thanks a lot again.
