very nice job mate, I love the song choice for the anime and the editing was nice. Some improvements I can point out include the following:
Try not to use Linear blur to make your cuts smoother but instead try to use more Gaussian Blur as that it was it is more natural as well as it
gives the feeling of focusing and unfocusing, then I would say you need to work on your sync a bit as yes you did heat most of the beats which was good but at times you would miss a beat or add an effect or transition meant for a beat when there wasnt one so yeah just try to be more concistent with your markers because it is better for example to hit every 2nd beat and to do it concistently rather than hit some beats, dont hit some others then hit them again so yeah that is my only concern, well done on the video it is very impressive I cant wait to see more :)

Not bad. It was a nice practice session, and I liked the sync.
