Laptop shuts down unexpectedly

Well my laptop is an acer aspire piece of shit.It always had problems with overheating and shutting down because of it but I kinda got used to that and whenever I saw the temperatures go up I knew what to do to prevent it.
For the past 6-7 days though after about 4-5 hours of being on it would suddenly shut down.Its not a heat problem since it has shut down even at 65 C tempratures (which is the standart for my laptop).
Then it doensn't turn on again for at least 10-15 minutes.After that it works like always.But that shit isn't normal...does any of you have any idea why this is happening and how I can fix it?
Format seems to be the closest try but I got a lot of things here

I'm no expert, but it is possible that the problem comes from the battery, and once you disconnect even a little bit from the charger it dies.

No i believe it's not that, cause it already had this problem :p or maybe the battery gone worse idn...

I doubt its the battery since it was already "dead".But I guess it doens't hurt to try and turn it on without the battery and see if it still happens.Thanks :)

When it first started doing this I opened my laptop to see for dust and stuff.So if something had melted in there I would have seen it :p

ah ok, good that you checked the inside^^
but still something may have been damaged when it was too hot but I think that just an expert cant tell you that :/
