Uuugh my hands are so lazy I don't want to write, but here goes nothing.
So 1st of all I must say that it is better than I had expected in multiple aspects, the quality was nice, flow was there, and ugly camera moves weren't slammed on most of it so good job on improving. I can expect promising things now.
On the other hand though, when disregarding the idea of how much it has improved and only looking at the video I do find its shortcomings. The predominant type of sync here was beat sync, drum beat sync to be more specific, and I find that to be an imprudent move when the song is so hyper and uses so many different sounds that you should consider finding a way to sync with. It doesn't mean that you have to slam every clip into after effects and spam the crap out of digifx, no Internal Sync would work very well with such tracks so take notes.
I would also point out how it is easy to get bored and switch tabs while watching this, because the editing process really seemed like "put a funny scene here, then hmm... search for another funny scene" this way of presentation kills the comedy and fun of these scenes, because there really isn't any significance behind the combo, and the nonexistent progression made the combo even harder to deal with.
But yea all in all I am aware of this video being something like training to you, so don't take the negatives to heart, and be happy with what you have because I would be. Keep going.
