Lol, well, okay I wont mention the quality then. However, other pointers I do have so grab onto something.
1) Quite a few clips suffered from being accelerated to a very high extent, rendering the motion it contained as .. not very pretty. Accelerating is a method that you need to approach with utmost care, and always be moderate with how much you do accelerate (or even decelerate).
2) When you try to sync to every beat you can find, regardless of its magnitude, you damage the flow, and even the sync as well. When syncing and flowing you need to create a pattern, as in you will, for example, sync to only 1 type of beat (which is the strongest, and not every drumbeat there is). This will create more room for each clip to play, and as every clip plays to its full potential, flow improves as well.
