Hey dude, good to see you again.

Your vid is quite cool. As usual you do a good job with sync and flow, and you maintain high intensity which keeps me hooked.
However, I thought that there have been some moments where you broke your flow, like 0:19-0:20 and 0:23-0:24. Since you focus on using a majority of highly dynamic scenes, the static scenes in-between (like 0:19-0:20 and 0:23-0:24) create a sudden stop in the motion that is dominant throughout most of the video, and you can fix that by either not using static scenes, or playing with the camera to create some motion in it.
But yea, quite the good stuff Francis!
