all those icons are missing?wtf? did you use a "clean-up pc" programm to make your pc faster?

nope i just selected file and press the open with

try restarting your pc...

tryed like 20 times
this problem is like 2 weeks i cant open vegas and other programs i found the way how to open skype and internet but thats all

you should be happy then and praise god that he blessed you with the ability to understand the problem and even with that to find a way to open skype and connect to the internet..

your problem must be that you got infected by a virus.. try formatting your pc if nothing else can fix it

any other ideas how to fix it ? :S

since you can open a browser try googling it...I 've had a virus twice and i fixed my pc both times by googling the problem
