| I don't know if this happens to anyone, but when I've put things such as a flash on my clip with brightness n contrast, I usually make it around 10 keyframes, and then ill check the project and it will be squashed and be like 1 keyframe in. Why does vegas keep doing this? any idea? | |

| You mean that you go and edit on the B'n'C timeline 10 keyframes(the rhombus kind of things) and then when you open the fx panel of the clip on the timeline there is only just one,two rhombus left?
OR
Let's say you put a keyframe 10 frames away from the end of the clip with 0.10 brightness and at the end you put a keyframe that has 0 brightness, and when you open the panel again the distance has been significantly reduced, like 5 frames less.Is that the case?
(beat Pampouksman to it :dat2: ,unless he gives an solution with a single post,do the impossibru fight da powa)

| the 2nd 1, although I don' put them at the end, I just usually split the clip, put the brightness at the start and then the 0 about 10 frames in. and when i re open it, its reduced to about 2-3 frames in.
*also thanks for replying, although i hurled abuse towards u ^^

| I'm not small minded like that.
Do you perhaps edited the length of the clip after you inputted the fx?Especially if you dragged it from the right side to the left,it tends to have these kind of symptoms.Generally if you cut or edited the length of the clip would be the cause of the problem.

| I don't think i helped, according to Pampouks, who had the same problem in the past, your problem is due to a bug that comes in a certain build in Vegas. He'll give you the details when he gets a chance. | |
