Vegas won't read files

my vegas won't read any file =__= except .mp3 songs

i'm sure that i updated my codec btw , so don't try to be smart and telling me that it's a codec problem

any ideas / solutions ( smart ones only , don't waste my time ) xD jk jk =) anyway ^^

this problem has happened to me before. tho it got fixed when I restarted my Pc. (which was a laptop at that time)

you called for smart ones... here i am though i don't know what you've done with your Vegas... try reinstalling :P (the best solution)

if i re-install it , i ll lose those bluefx things?

you will. but if you still have the fx file then you can just install it again, no? but I don't think you should re-install vegas. such technical difficulties are solved by themselves usually o_O (for me that is)
