Description:Nero Team IC : Collab Clash 2013 took place last 3 days and me and my friend Sofi AKA xRedAngel96x made AMV for horror category. :)
Plot of AMV: A girl goes home, dreams about crazy things and somehow runs away from her dream, but only to find herself in even bigger hell - she is now trapped in a house full of dark halls and shadows who are chasing her. Can she take the pressure? Will she succeed in running away? You are about to find out. :)

I liked it very much, and yada yada lets get to what you came here for now. Positives: Ideas and creativity. blending clips made a lot of sense and was rather entertaining to see. Outro was very well done. Negatives: Accelerated clips at times. and irregular type/velocity of motion for some zooms and transitions.
Overall: I give it a rating of 8/10, and this is actually my favorite video from you. However it was dragged down by the accelerated clips (mostly in part 1) Like the girl screaming from Sankarea and the gates from FMAB. From part 2 it was the sudden very quick zooms like at the beginning. Watch out from a sudden quick motion following a calm atmosphere. It's an unprofessional mistake. Good luck and cya next time :)

well that was something interesting.
as for negative impressions: -0:20 the end of the light spiral shouldn't have a black transition when you go through a blinding light. flash or any other possible way, but the black fade/cut makes it unnatural, even for a horror amv
-0:27, can't put put my finger on the real issue but the girl through demon ball seems... odd...
-0:33 mask issue , check her left arm.
-0:45 i would have pictured a more fitting transition for Grell. i dunno, maybe some back characters from the skin before shedding his skin ? it would have been long, but if it would have a v2, i would consider enhancing it.
-0:50 FMA door is a nice idea, but when you do the eye dezoom, works on the filter or transparency of the "jailed eye", so it should look like more in the color tone of the girl's own eye.
-0:52, unsure of tracking, but it's IC so i pardon
up to 0:57 i ain't sure for the scene choice, the steps scene is a nice idea, yet the PH scenes and the slides without linear blur don't feel really eye-candy.
-the scene with ga-rei breaks a bit of the uniformity you had till then for the sankarea girl IMO.
-1:14 texts deserves a better incrementation through the floor, some shadow tracing on the letter could have put some depth, since you don't move the camera much.
-1:17 windows scene seems a tad late.and the 1:19 zooms is TOO HARSH D:

1:36 the back image doesn't feel like it follow the tracking or even have the right angle, compared to the interior scene.
-1:48 would have been better with a light effect (like the purple you put, personnaly i don't like the color choice but at least it follows the "position logic") on the girl.
-1:49 too harsh zoom and not enough linear blurs , a zoom would have fit the transition more.
-1:51 the spicemaster effect ISN'T a bad idea, yet it doesn't fit in term of face positioning, so it looks odd .
-1:57 red filter transparency removal feels.... really lacking in term of "worked fx/color adjustment"
-2:16 be careful with the lip flap.
to sum up: consider reworking your slides, zooms, text integrating and some color corrections/lightning adjustment. as for the ga-rei use, i didn't liked it too but since i saw all the three, and i know sankarea is extremely hard to edit on horror, because it's kinda "slice of life", you didn't seem to have big of a choice for scene select, i believe. But for an IC and considering the task, it was quite an interesting risk you two took, and i was quite surprised. But becase of said things, i feel a bit off the amv ambiance. horror is kinda hard to edit to make a good oppressing/dramatic feel. maybe you should have put a screamer at the end XD.
I'm really curious to see what that creativity can give on a full-time AMV.

Thank you very much for taking your time PBE. :) I read it and I agree with what you said, its my first time doing crossover and horror AMV, but I wanted to try xD I'll have that in mind. Thanks again :D
