MKV Converting Problem(s)

Hello guys, thank you for reading this post because I was trying to solve this for long time but it doesn't work,anyway:

One day I downloaded anime that you can't find almost anywhere (RomeoXJuliet) and I downloaded it as mkv because thats only way I could. After download, I played some of them to see if they are good and they were perfectly fine. But then I went to convert them and everything went fine but when i opened them, its like they were sped up and they weren't 23:59 long as they should, they were all 21:50. Interesting thing was, audio was fine and just went normally to 21:50 , where it would just cut out, and anime was sped up so it can fit in 21:50 sec. I told myself that i'd have to bear with that and tried to insert it in my vegas (I use 11 since i started editing, my PC is 32x so no 12), and it crashed immediately. I tried another converter but everything was the same.Does anyone know what I've done wrong? it must be something in the converting :/

And the converters I used were MKVtoMP4 Converter that I found on AMVlog and it worked for everything till now.
And another one that I also tried is my old one, MKVToolnix + MP4Box GUI.

one solution would be to work with vdub [if you have a lot of free space]..... that happened due to encoding problem i guess or smth wrong with codecs or progrram

Thanks for your help but I have like 30 GB left and thats on C which is needed so PC can work :/ So i have to find another way. Thank again :)

use this to check the framerate of the MKVs see if its the same 21 bullpoo.

the only thing I can think of is the mkv's are broke to and it just sounds like their at the wrong frame rate.
so I'de suggest downloading from another source, because if you have used a different converter on the episodes I can't see why its still happening. also crashing your vegas I don't have a clue, other than the episodes are really just a bad source.

Thank you I will try that :) And yes episodes are bad source but thats only source that had 2 seeds. everything else is completely dead. romeo x juliet is not so famous thats why T.T And it should be T.T

double click the video icon that appears in the tab bellow in mkvtomp4 and enable the encode box. If your footage is 1080p you must also disable the change resolution box.
