It had been so long that I wanted to make a video with Manigoldo, so when a friend of mine told me that there was this new contest, I decide to make an AMV for it with Lost Canvas. I spent few days in the realisation: I originally planned to make a different introduction, but because of the lack of time I couldn't.

Hey Key :) I liked your vid. The design was quite good and so was the flow, but my complaint is that there was very little lyric sync at the beginning of the video; where the lyrics reflect someone who is weak and trying to become better, but the clips show someone who is already a badass and can deal with everything. However, from 1:16 till the end the lyric sync was spotless and I enjoyed that part the most. Cool stuff :)

Really liked how this one flowed,haven't watched the anime so i don't know the character but i think you did him justice at least from an outsider's point of you.

Actually I didn't try to follow the lyrics in the first place, I liked the atmosphere of the song and I thought that it could fit very well with Manigoldo. I guess I'm just lucky that the second half followed the lyrics xP Thanks for your opinion!

I usually read the lyrics and if I have scenes that fit with them, I use them. In this case I couldn't so I just ignored them, and I focused on the mood. I agree with both of you, lyrics can add much to the video, but on the other side it can happens that you use bad scenes just to follow them.
