Help With Render Settings

I really want help with my render settings please. I've found high quality anime lately and when I've uploaded I've not been happy with the quality compared to everyone else. So I must be doing something wrong.

These are the settings I've always used:

Please anyone send me your settings somehow if you have good HD settings.
Appreciate it if anyone can help.
