Again you impress me with your very nice external and internal sync at times. The way you visualized this song with kenichi was quite cool mate! I don't think I should go with writing a lot of tips since I cant really tell what you lack exactly xD I believe you're advancing very quickly, and only thing I would recommend doing now would be working with higher quality footage since at the moment the scenes look a little bit dirty due to the not very decent quality.

Im so happy that at least someone is enjoying it ^^ and about the quality, ive already searched and took a look at nyaan.eu but couldnt find any higher resolution :/ i guess it is because kenichi is a bit old, the OVAs have maybe a higher resolution but if you found one please let me know! :D I have a question maybe you do know the answer. the sync changed i little tiny bit after ive uploaded it, is it something about the program i use (lightworks) or my pc?

Youtube tends to shift the timing in videos sometimes, so the sync could be affected by that. Most possible explanation I guess

I'll be frank,this has many errors as an amv,i kind of understand you're still in raw editing.So start off by trying to follow the music and try to sync.Nice first steps on amv making.
