Trust me i can....I used to edit in a sucky laptop , not as much as yours though :P but still i can imagine how painfull it is.And about buying a new one is the best solution

well it should be good :) with that price hmm it must be equiped with Core i-5, 4GB RAM, 1GB Nvidia GTX 260,500GB HDD more or less :P is it a laptop or desktop?

Well guys i have the same problem... i downloaded xvid codec , ffdshow and nothing... the only solution is to re-install sv , xvid and ffdshow?

If the files you can't edit are avi files then just download the WMV VCM codec from here : [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] and install it.

i tried that i named it xxx.mp4 but nothing... :( seriously i have to ff a MEP video part and i need these episodes...

No other advice-help guys? I've searched all youtube-google-yahoo- even facebook , but i can't find the right codec... anyway if you guys know any other method plz tell me ... if not? eh... what can i do? i'll search more :) Thanks anyway! Rly apracciate your help!

unistall Xvid codec and try i dont have xvid codec cause if i install it i cant import some episodes
ffdshow das the work for xvid's

Install and run.
Drag your file on mediainfo and click ''View'' and then ''Text''
Copy everything you see after clicking ''text'' here using a spoiler tag because it's too big of a text.

I bought one yesterday 1TB western digital, was £80 so will prob be a little more if you use the Euro
